WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus and PayPal. We also accept Apple Pay & Google Pay if you're shopping with us on your smartphone.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Under the consumer protection act. you have the right to cancel your order you place online with us. To cancel an order you must email us within twenty-four hours of placing your order so that we can process this.

DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once you have placed an order with us, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders and if not, please get in contact with us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONES IN WHEN MY PARCEL'S BEING DELIVERED?

You should receive a card through your door if no one is available to collect your parcel, it will then be sent to your local Post Office where you can retrieve it with your delivery card.

WILL MY ORIGINAL POSTAGE COSTS BE REFUNDED IF I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

I PURCHASED A PRODUCT AND IT'S NOW IN THE SALE, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.

WHY WAS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT ACCEPTED?

Discount codes are only valid on full prices items and cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other code or promotional offer unless stated. If you are still having problems with using your code please email us and we'll get back to you with an answer.
